Bloomsburg Women Take First At Husky Invitational
COMPLETE RESULTS
BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University women's cross country team easily captured first place at the Husky Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
Bloomsburg totaled 34 points, while Mansfield was a distant second with 74 points.
Leading the Huskies was Amber Hackenberg (Middleburg/Middleburg) who took third place overall in a time of 23:38, while Angela Borealo (Easton/Easton) was sixth in 24:15 and Beth Schwing (Hershey/Lower Dauphin) seventh in 24:27. Also, Andrea Kellock (Lansdale/North Penn) was eighth in 24:33 with Sarah Bounds (Shippensburg/Shippensburg) 10th in 24:50.
Taking top individual honors was Priscilla Jennings of Millersville in a time of 23:19, while Alli Rineer of Shippensburg was second in 23:24.
